To get admission in another college while you have already applied for one, dont worry it is possible to apply through last counseling if left in your preferable college or you can go for direct addmission in bihar college by their official website or can contact them by filling enquiery form to get a call back and to know about admission procedure.

Once if you have got seat in particular college and got admitted through or blocked the seat through counseling then it's very difficult to attain the other counseling. You cannot attain any other counseling if you are once done and selected.
