i got a college in round 2 which im not so sure i would like to wait for ACAP round to try my luck for the last time so can i freeze my seat in the alloted college whilst waiting for ACAP without having the fear to lose the previous seat if i didnt get any better option?FEEZE can be done thruportal?

If you are planning to participate in acap round then go for it . But generally you should be allowed to freeze the seat in whichever college you have been alloted and then you can participate in acap round furthur but i would recommend kindly go to the website to check for more details.
