It would be difficult to predict about the rank & admission possibilities as this year MET Exam pattern has been changed. The admission is based on the rank and the rank is prepared based on No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.
To know about the rank & admission possibilities I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.
