I got admission in round 1, reported and paid fees in a deemed university. I had applied in round 2 for upgradation. But did not upgrade.

Hi there.
If you got a seat in the first round and failed to get a seat in second round, still you can apply and get your first seat . It does not matter even if you got the second seat , you can apply and choose from them .
So now also you can seek admission on the earlier seat .
