i got air 102023 and i am obc ncl from rajasthan , can i get gov bams through state councelling

Yes with AIR 1,02,023 OBC-NCL category and Rajasthan domicile use should definitely participate in Rajasthan Ayush state counselling for BAMS.

However, getting a government BAMS college is not guaranteed at this rank. Previous-year government BAMS cut-offs in Rajasthan have generally been much more competitive, although OBC reservation, later counselling rounds, vacant seats and this year's seat matrix can improve your chances.

My suggestion is to Fill all eligible government BAMS choices and continue through the later rounds/mop-up rather than relying only on Round 1.
