I got AIR 793376 in jee mains and obc rank 297029 but I didn't qualified jee mains can I get any college govt or private!?

You can apply for state engineering college through STATE COUNSELLING.From this year onwards all state engineering colleges are taking admission on the basis of JEE mains score.
You can go for it.
Also there are several private college in each and every state.You can apply in them.
If you have appeared in entrances like BITSAT,VITEEE,SRMJEE,Manipal,GITAM etc. then you can get college based on this score .
