Both are almost same(90%). The curriculum difference generally comes in picture in your final year. Also, companies prefer cse students over ise. So decide accordingly checking the course syllabus of the respective colleges you aspire for. This choice should be based on your own research on the official website of the college.

Computer Science studies how to accomplish a computational task, while Information Science studies which computational task to apply in order to process a data sample of interest.
Information Science is more theoretical based and can be seen as a subset of Computer Science. It is a relatively newer branch, very few colleges in India offer it. So, my suggestion is to try for CSE if you don't get it, then Information Science Engineering is good. You should take it.
