I got All India rank 1810 in general pwd category. Can I get NIT in this rank.

Hello,
Look as you have pwd quota , your chance of getting IIT or NIT is very high.You have to score very less marks as compared to general students. Suppose, cut off for general is 120+ and cutoff for general pwd is around 20.+ so, looking this cutoff and your pwd rank which is 1810, you have fair chances ti get into a NIT.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I have one more question- this year I go for drop for one year for the preparation for jee mains and adavnce is it the correct decision for me. And I m in a confusion that in this year I got 1810 general pwd rank and total seats for pwd in NITs are almost 250. So how I got admission there becoz my ranking is too far .

If you get a seat.. Its fair and good.. But if you don't get a seat dropping 1 year would be better. But its not sure... That will get a seat next time or not.. So if you want to try for private engineering colleges you can go for that.
