You are getting a chance to change your preferences in option form in cap2 so fill it wisely it it will be after the display of vacant seat for cap 2 so be updated

Actually, if you want to take part in 2nd round then u have to go..
but it is not necessary for round 3..
i.e. if u can't take part in round 2 then u will get a chance for round 3 from 16 July to 19 July..
