There are different category.
Since your rank is very low and you want any decent branches in vit so you have to pay fees In category 3/4 which is more than 4 lakhs per annum plus some money to get addimission under management quota .
Hence to do engineering you are required to pay at leat 22 lakhs for 4 years .
