I got around 7000 rank in AEEE. Will I be able to get cse branch?

Yeah you have the good chances for taking the CSE Department at the Amritha University, Coimbatore premises with having the range of 7k since usually the closing rank for CSE will vary till 5-7k but generally it will go to 7k as well and your rank is coming under that radar so yaah you have the chance for taking that.
