The authorities have not officially declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but in 2018 the closing rank for BFTECH at NIFT was 2643 for NIFT Jodhpur ( for SC category).So you have high chances of getting NIFT Jodhpur, also you have moderate chances of getting NIFT Kannur, NIFT Kolkata and NIFT patna.
