Hi prathyusha,
As ews category is newly implemented it is not clear to justify you that yes you will get it branch or not.
But as per sources its being hoped that cutoff of the
Ews will be between the cutoffs for general and obc category.
So as per the sources it will be difficult for you to get your desired branch in any reputed nits you might get
your desired branch in any northeast nits as they have cutoffs lower than rest nits.
