I got ews certificate for gate on October 9th 2020,will it be valid upto next year October 9th?

No, any certificate that is related to financial situation are valid only in that financial year. Suppose you got issued on 9th October 2020. So, it will be valid only for 2020-21 financial year. That is 1st april 2020 to 31 march 2021. So, you need to re issue it again on 1st april 2021.
