Hello,
Yes, you can appear as for now but you wont get admission as because as you know you are already failed.Now what you need to know is that you will finish one of your chance with this time and you will be having one last chance when you will repeat for the 12th next year.One more thing is that minimum required board percentage for giving Jee Advance will also be decided according to top 20 percentile and for the CBSE students minimum required board percentage to give JEE exam is 75 percent so you have score 75 next time.
