I got general rank 3790 and st rank 47 will i get fd in mumbai,delhi or bengaluru?

Hey Nishi,
Your changes of getting the colleges at this much rank through St category is very high. I will suggest you to go for fd in Delhi as you will get a good exposure there and the quality of exposure is also good. I hope you have got the answer.
