i got grace marks in physics and my pcb overall percentage is 56% including grace marks, without grace is 54% ..thn will i elegible for neet or other medical exam like vet in 2020.
Neog, for a Candidate belonging to ST Category, you should have completed your 12th and passed in all subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. By mentioning Grace marks, we are assuming that you have passed in Physics. So with 56%, you are eligible to appear for NEET.
Hello dear student,
Don't worry you are in safe zone as you haven't mentioned your Category so here I am telling you the eligibility criteria to appear for Neet.
If you are a general category student then you need to have minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB to sit in neet while if you are a category student then you need to have a minimum of 40% marks as an aggregate in pcb to b eligible for the neet exam .
While as you have asked for the eligibility criteria for the vit too so dear student if you are a general category student then you need to have a minimum percentage of 60% and above in maths /biology, physics and chemistry in 12th organic while if you are a reserved category student that is SC or St then and you need to score at least 50% of the percentage ab said above . Also if you want to take admission in vit and you are from north east origin or that's your state of domicile then you should have minimum of 50% and above in all the subjects. I hope this was helpful
Best wishes and thank you
The only eligibility criteria of the NEET 2020 exam is that you should have scored 50% or equivalent marks in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY + BIOLOGY subjects from a recognized board for unreserved general category. For obc, sc, st it's 40% in PCB, and it's 45% for PwD. So yeah I guess even if you are from general category you have 50+ percentage so you are eligible to appear for the neet 2020 exam. The qualification eligibility criteria for the AIPVT exams is Candidates must have scored 50% aggregate marks in PCB and English subjects. Candidates must have obtained 47.5% aggregate marks in 12th class. So you can even appear for the same as well.
thank you.
