In the 1st round I choose the FLOAT option and in the 2nd round I again want to choose float option. Need I report at the reporting centre

You donot have to report at RC if you get/ not get any new seat in furthur rounds. You will have to report if in some next round you get a non- IIT college through JOSAA.
