Your percentile is less.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT or GFTI..
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges such as thapar, Sastra, VIT SRM BITS,etc.
You can also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.
