Hello Heamchandra, Well, it depends on the availability of a seat at the time of seat allocation. If you are able to get a general quota seat then they will consider your common merit rank. But if you don't get a seat on the basis of CRL, then they will check for ST quota seats with your ST category rank. If you get a seat with that, then your ST rank will be considered.
