The conducting body of JEE ADVANCED that is the IIT Kharagpur announced the eligibility criteria for appearing in the JEE ADVANCED.
The candidate must have scored minimum aggregate of 75% in class 12th boards or equivalent examination in case of GENERAL and OBC category. The candidate if belongs to SC/ST/PWD must have scored a minimum of 65% in 12th boards examination.
The candidate must belong to the top 20 category of the percentile and must have cleared JEE MAINS exam. It is necessary for them to belong to the 2,50,000 top students whose division is as follows:
GEN-EWS = 10%
SC= 15%
ST= 7.5%
OBC-NCL = 27%
OPEN = 40.5%
PWD = 5%

There are chances of clearing the Jee Main exam 2021 with this percentile. As the predicted cutoff for Other Backward Classes (OBC) this year is predicted to lie in between 70-75 percentile. However these are merely predictions so if these predictions are true then you might be able to sit in the Jee Advanced Exam 2021.
