Chances of you getting a government college is very tough. You need to have a rank below 1 lakh.

I think you know your rank as well so i would request you to go and check whether your rank is within the opening and closing ranks of any other colleges with respect to last year are matching or not.
What you can do is take a pen and a paper ,go and find the list of govt. colleges rankwise. Check previous year's closing and opening rank of each of the college with each branch in SC category for the last round at collegepravesh.com and See which rank matches yours and then you will get to know about it.
