I got jee main general rank 5086 and obc NCL 840 and in jee advance general 6786 and obc rank 1189 Please suggest me which college prefer

definitely go for iit.you can get civil engineering at iit Bhubaneswar.iits are always better than excellent nits.it had been said by dean of iit kanpur.
