i got jee mains B.arc 2020 , 93.5 percentile than what will be my ranking ?

Hello,
With this percentile in JEE Mains your rank would be around 10k to 11k in the common rank list.
With this rank you won't be able to get seat in any government colleges for architecture and planning as the cutoff for NITs and GFTIs for B.arch is less than your rank. If you have home state quota and reservation category then you might get seat in the last rounds of counseling.
I would suggest you to please go for some private architecture colleges such as
