i got JEE RANK NEAR 84000 . can i get a govt engineering college. or which are other very good colleges i can pl?

The rank you have got is a pretty average one. The deciding factor for your admission to any govt colleges would be your category. The chances are feeble if you belong to general category but otherwise you have a chance.
