Hello,

If your query is regarding TS ICET then yes, you can participate in second phase counselling if you wish to get better college. If you get seat in second phase in any college (whether it is your highest priority or not) then the college allotted in the first phase will be automatically cancelled. If you are not allotted seat in second phase then the previous seat allotment will be retained.
