I got less marks in class 10 cbse board , let say 35-45%. Can i opt medical (pcb ) as a stream , because I really want to be a good doctor and I realised it ?. I have interest in bio and cosmology . What can i do to become doctor in future , I am 16 yrs old!

To become a doctor has nothing to do with your 10th board marks it depends upon your 12th marks in physics chemistry and biology and your rank in NEET exam. so if you are serious about becoming a doctor then you must start studying and opt for science stream with biology. make sure to get minimum 50% in physics chemistry and biology in your 12th exam as you are not eligible to give neet exam if you don't need this minimum criteria. Also check out the neet syllabus and look for the 11th and 12th topics and study them separately e along with your normal syllabus of school as there might be some topics in need which needs extra attention.
