I got mail from searchgotindex.com company and as per them to index my site I have to register on that site and have to give 97$, it is real or any kind of scam...?

Hello Harshit,

As a web designer I want to inform you that don't believe any third party website. There is no need to spend $97 in indexing of your web page.

Let me suggest you some steps for indexing your site on google :-

In WordPress you have to activate the Yoast SEO plugin.
Add your website in Google Search Console.
Whenever you post something check in Google Search Console that whether it is indexed or not.
If not indexed than you have to manually index it to Google Search Console. After requesting wait for at least 48 hours.
