I hope you are doing well and good, sorry to say but you're matks are little bit less to get a seat in Nagpur Veterinary college. According to previous year cut-off marks for Nagpur college is 350+ marks yo get a seat.
So you have to score more than 350+ marks to get admission in Nagpur Veterinary college.

okay but remember one thing that how can you apply for special reservation if you don't belong to any reserved category like ST, SC or EWS student.
