I got MCC round 2 seat and upgraded. Can I participate in State Consuelling 3 and get seat allotment. Please confirm thanks

Hey! If you have already got a seat in MCC Round 2 and accepted the upgrade, then you are not eligible to participate in State Round counselling. Once you join the MCC allotted seat, your state quota seat automatically gets cancelled.

However, if you did not join/report to the college after MCC Round 2, then you may still participate in the State Round 3 counselling, provided the state rules allow it. So, it depends on whether you have physically joined and submitted documents for your MCC seat or not.

If you have accepted a seat in MCC Round 2, you cannot take part in further state counselling rounds. As per the rules, once you get an MCC Round 2 seat, you are not allowed to participate in state counselling or hold two seats at the same time.

So, you will not be eligible for State Counselling Round 3 after taking an MCC Round 2 seat.
