I got message from nbe again to reupload my thumb print. Do i have to make a box before uploading the thumb print?

Hey,
The box dimensions are given so that you understand the specification needed. So, draw a box of 4*3cm and put thumb impression in that box. Keep your big enough to fit the box properly. Then, scan the image using any application in phone or visit nearby cyber cafe and get it scanned and uploaded. Use white paper only.
Make sure that the size of the document is between 10-50 kB. The formats accepted are JPEG/JPG/GIF/PNG.
