i got mks in response sheeet 73.9 and now i got 68.9 . 5 marks decreased why these happen to me and my frd got same mks in both ..

Which response sheet are you talking about? If it is the boards exam response sheet and your marks have decreased after rechecking it is probably because the person who corrected your paper had given you extra marks somewhere and the other person who reched it found the mistake and deducted your marks.
