I got my cat score card but i got negative in one exam and other i have above 45 can i still get admission through sc category

Yes there are chances for you to get the admission. But it's not confirm as every institution have different sets of rules and regulations and cut offs for the admission and cut off depends upon various factors. And the cut off varies every single year.
