I got my EWS certificate on 11/01/2021 for finanacial year of 2020-2021,do i need to renew it to for registertation in jee advance.

As per the information available, for JEE Advanced 2021 you must have a EWS certificate issued after 1st April,2021. So you have to update the EWS certificate if you wish to go for JEE Advanced.
