I got obc rank 8615 and I need civil engineering can i get top nits plzz answer

Hi sreepath,
I regret to inform you that with a rank of 8000 you cannot get civil engineering in top nits, like trichy or suratkal or warangal nit surat , nit roulkela etc.
As civil is one of the core subject so naturally it has high cutoffs . If you have any home state quota in those top region then the scenario will be different.
In these nit cutoff ends at 6000 at max but every year
Number of seats are increasing so it might get you a chance to get civil in mediocre nits like nit nagpur, nit bhopal, nit surat .
