I got overall rank 313492 and under SC category 19110. What are my chances to get Chemical Engineering in NITs or other Govt. colleges.

The chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs however you can have the chance in Punjab Admission Counselling for the colleges Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana etc.
