I got preparatory rank in SC 4339 , can I get any good college, and what is the diffnt btn preprtry and other ranks

No you cannot get a good college with your preparatory rank of 4339. There is a huge difference between the preparatory rank and the other ranks.
Other ranks will directly hand you admission in the college which you deserve. But a preparatory rank is not so, it definitely provides admission but only in IITs and that too in the preparation course so that you can habhan whatever is taught there. This goes on for an year then you are shifted to the main course.
