For top 10 IIT's your rank is quite disappointing but yes your category rank will decide the further possibility. As IIT's have started preparatory courses for SC/ST category students who could not make it to seat allotment this year so they can go for a preparatory course for getting prepared for B.tech from IIT's. Kindly visit the link mentioned below to predict your chances. I would suggest you to opt any good IIT if you get one. Do not only stick to top 10 for a preparatory course. prepare well and crack admission for a good IIT.
