I got Rank 15323 Gen-EWS category.Do i have any single chanceof getting a decent NIT or any Govt. college? Please answer.

With your mentioned rank you have moderate to low chances of getting core branches ( except CS, IT ) at the old NITs and high chances of getting core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc), you also have moderate chances of getting GFTIs with domicile quota.
