I got rank 32k in upsee and 2011 outside UP,which colleges(in delhi ncr) i can get admssion in cse branch. Your Mentioned colleges are good?

The number of good government colleges in UPTU is very less and a rank of 32k isn't enough to get you one of those good colleges. I would suggest you to take admission in a private college of UPTU,  some of these private colleges can give you admission based on your 12th class marks.
These colleges also doesn't require a good rank...
