I got rank 3664 by obc in jeemains paper 2 can i get nit or any GFTI S in josaa counsilling

Generally all NITs closes before 2000 general rank for barch and SPAs before 3000 for bplanning. Your rank is not enough to fetch a seat for you. Paper2 is for admission in Barch and Bplanning. GFTIs take admission based on paper1 score and not on paper2 score for Btech.
