I got RT in maths 12th (pcm) which exam do i have to give and did i fail??

RT means means repeat in theory
Yes ,you have failed in your maths examination
Coming to which examination you should give then ,
You need to give supplementary examination of maths in order to pass it.
So ,once the application form orthe registration form for supplementary examination gets released you need to apply for it and then give the maths examination.
And this time prepare well for your math examination following the given below tips :-
- go well through your maths book
- focus more on important chapters which carry high weightage as supplementary examination will conducted in a month or two i. e a very limited time is there to prepare
- solve previous year question papers &sample papers

I got 33 in maths and i think the passing park is 27 according to Wikipedia

You need to pass separately in both practical and theory separately but you have field in your maths theory examination that is why there is RT in your result
