I got score of 27 with 31692, am belongs to sc caterogy , I can know what all options will be there.

You got good score in this exam. But these marks are too low to get any iit or nit.
You should apply for the state level goverment colleges. Colleges like coep. In these goverment colleges you will easily get the admission for your required branch, due to your category.
These goverment colleges should be your priority. You can get the admission in the higher colleges than these but you will not get required branch.
