Hi dear,
No your seat will not remain with you of first round of counselling. You have to go for newest seat only alotted in second round of counselling.If you have locked your seat in round one then you cannot appear for round two of counselling

sir they have clearly mentioned that a person with a seat in round 1 can appear for round 2 counselling and he should bring an additional DD(Demand draft) of 5000 INR payable to COMEDK and also bring his allotment letter which was issued to him in round 1 . If the person wishes to choose a new seat then he/she can upgrade or else he will continue with the same seat given to him in round 1 .

also they have told to take addmission within 28 July if you are sure with the college and the choice you get in round 1 otherwise you can also take admission after 28 if you want to appear for 2cnd round
It is only for those who have surrender there seat not for those who have taken the seat and going for 2 round??
