i got seat in 1st phase and i paid fee also but i want to try in 2nd phase then 2nd phase seat is not better than 1st phase so iam not registering that then 1st phase only i want ,it will available or not ?

Yes, if you have been offered a seat in the first phase and paid the required fee, and you have not registered or participated in the second phase, your seat in phase 1 will remain safe and confirmed. It will not be cancelled as long as you have complied with all of the necessary steps (payment of fee) and reporting.
