i got seat in 2nd round in iit, chemical engineering, any possibility to float the seat in final round

Hello Ramaprasad,

You can apply for sliding or upgradation, if there is any slide from other branches then you may get other branches.

If there is vacancy still then you can get other college or ciurse through upgradation.
