Hi,

If you are not applying for fee reimbursement or scholarship benefits, then an income certificate is generally not compulsory for DOST/AV College seat confirmation. It is mainly required for students claiming fee reimbursement schemes.

So, if you are planning to pay the full fee yourself, you can usually proceed without it. However, make sure you keep other required documents like caste certificate (if applicable) ready for verification .
