i got seat in NIT mtech, i dont have migration certifiate, do they give time to get my cert. , after physical reporting???

Well at the time of physical reporting, if you do not have a migration certificate, then they will ask you to sign an undertaking and give you provisional admission based on the fact that you bring your migration certificate within the stipulated amount of time otheriwse your admission may stand cancelled.
