If we not registered for private collage in first round , can we registered in second or third round separately if we not apply in second ?

Dear,

If you are satisfied with the govt college you got then you can freeze your option and take admission in that particular college. Whereas, if you think you can get a more better college always go for the next round, but secure your seat which you got in the 2nd round. According to me waiting for the next round will be a nice choice.
