If you have not taken up the seat, then you can go for the second counselling which has not been declared yet from the official website.
If you have taken the seat, then you have to wait till the final round has finished, then you will be able to upgrade if seat goes vacant.
Don't vacate the seat. You will not be able to bid for the counselling.

Hello actually my situation is that in the first councelling result i wasnt getting cse so i didnt take any other branch i.e i didnt deposit the fees..now i read today in a notice that all yhe candidates who have not paid the fees will not be able to participate in second round..so what do i do?
